The balance comes first
offcard does not send a coin directly from a blockchain to a bank account. First, deposit supported crypto and wait for it to be processed into your offcard USD balance. Then open the send-to-bank flow and enter the eligible US bank details. This separation keeps the funding and the bank payout leg clear in the dashboard.
ACH transfers use the USD balance and eligible US bank accounts. Enter recipient details carefully and review the requested payout before confirming. The dashboard provides live status tracking after submission so you can see the payout’s current state rather than wondering whether it left the account.
Limits and a worked payout example
The bank must receive at least $25 after applicable fees, while the bank budget after the platform service fee is capped at $7,500. The platform service fee is 5% of the gross amount: a $200 gross payout incurs a $10 percentage fee plus $5 fixed fee, leaving a $185 bank budget before any applicable bank fee. The final quote shows the exact debit, each fee separately, and the actual bank amount.
For a larger example, a $1,000 gross payout incurs $50 plus $5 in platform service fees, leaving a $945 bank budget before any applicable bank fee. The final quote lists any nonzero bank fee separately and confirms the actual amount the bank receives. Plan from available USD balance, not just the amount you hope a recipient will receive. ACH payouts settle in USD to eligible US accounts.
Where the balance comes from
Crypto deposits are accepted from $5 to $15,000 and carry a 5% deposit fee. Once processed, that USD balance can be used for a card or a payout. You do not need to create a card just to make a bank transfer.
If you do choose the payment-card route, offcard issues a Visa virtual card for $49. It supports online payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, 3-D Secure and supported ATM withdrawals. This is separate from the ACH payout feature.
Use the right route for the job
A bank payout can make sense when you need funds in an eligible bank account; the Visa card can make sense when you need to pay directly. Both begin with the same USD balance, and both remain visible in the same dashboard.
If you need help while a payout is in progress, use the in-app help centre. For general information, see the public help page and the send-to-bank product page.
